This is for those who are willing to wait a little longer for their pieces.
As of now, Sweet Cheeks only ships to the UK, but look out for international shipping in the near future.
A shipment notification will be sent to you with your tracking number so you can keep track of your Sweet Cheek’s pieces.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your tracking number isn’t updating or working.
It is your responsibility to notify us within 5 days if you believe your parcel has been lost. By doing so, we ensure we have five days to contact the courier if we are not satisfied with the delivery. It is important to note that the ‘expected delivery date’ is the date that is shown in your tracking information.
Once the shipping company receives the package, we do not accept responsibility for any lost packages.
When you do not receive your parcel despite tracking saying it has been delivered, there is a possibility that the parcel was stolen. Whenever an order is marked as ‘delivered’, but not received by the customer, Sweet Cheeks reserves the right to refuse to replace or refund the order.
